Aditi Banerjee received a commendation at the Asian women of Achievement Awards held in London, UK, in April 2019, for Magic Billion’s (then skilindiglo) Work in the Public sector.

Magic Billion Candidates commence work in Romania

We received a dozen candidates, who arrived in Cluj , Romania in two batches in March to May 2019, and supported them with a weekend induction, as they prepared for their 2 year stint in a Romanian heavy machinery company.In the picture, Aditi, our Co Founder ,with some of the candidates, and with Senior Management of the Company. These candidates were sourced, screened, skilled to client requirements, interviewed, and their documents processed by Magic Billion team – a 360 degree engagement.

Train and Hire model for HVAC workers for a large MNC at Abu Dhabi

Magic Billion was contracted by a multinational client to select and train candidates to be HVAC Technicians in the Gulf region. The first ever use of the ‘Train and Hire’ model has achieved a 100% success rate. We did the competency mapping, curriculum planning and training. Two Batches have finished their training with high success rates, and the third Batch is commencing shortly.

Visit of Mr Asano of ASEAN Supervising Organisation, Japan

We are working in multiple ways to support Japanese employers with Indian talent. Using the technical intern route, we are training many candidates in Japanese Language and Culture, to work in Japan. Talks are also on with Japanese employers for hiring Indian youth into their companies. The above picture shows visit of a Japanese owner of a Supervising Organisation who visited us, and shortlisted few of our candidates.

MoUs in Japan

In our recent visit to Japan, we signed MOUs with Supervising Organisations for sending Indian Workers to Japan, under the TITP program of Government of India. As a follow up to this,Japanese Companies are coming to India from June 2019, for selection of Indian Candidates to work in Japan. In the first such visit, on 03 June 2019, our candidate Ms Jomi Babu has been selected for a three year + stint in Japan.
