My experience with Magic Billion has been one of the most enriching ones. I have learnt so many things during my stint here that I wouldn't have learnt otherwise. We were in constant contact with Aditi and must admit she is the one of the best leaders that I have met so far. She is clear on her objective of doing anything and everything in her job as co-founder and she tries to bring that same perspective in each one of us.

During my stint, I learnt about what is most important to me - the skills that I am good at and the skills that I need to work on. I guess the best thing about working in a startup is that we get to learn so many things in such a short amount of time that it makes us a leader in ourselves. To anyone who is reading this and who is interested in their personal and professional 360 degree development - this is the place for you. 

I joined Magic Billion looking with slight uncertainty, I had not yet been through college, an MBA, or years of working a real job. However, the guidance I got from each mentor since Day 1 leaves me speechless! Not only did all the mentors elaborately explain the work modules but also reflected that they have 110% confidence in us, which was very reassuring. 

When people talk about how “it’s all about the people you work with”, I felt that here. The regular touch-point meetings to clear any possible doubts, reassuring that I AM doing well and super frequent feedback helped me a lot with my personal and professional growth.  

A successful company does not come with just happy customers but also happy employees and Magic Billion believes in this and at every step, has proved this. The company gives ample room for its employees to put forth their suggestions and feedback. Being a person who loves to be organized and punctual, Magic Billion has been an amazing place to work at. The company actively works on details and is organized at every step - this helps with both the company's productivity and that of its employees.

The past months have been the most enriching - professionally and personally. I have learnt things that I will remember and use for a lifetime. It has been a privilege to be part of the MB team and I would do it all over again!

Magic Billion is a great organisation to start your career with. It's an institution in itself as you get to learn and work with the Co-founders of the company. It has a very friendly working environment but they're very professional at the same time. I'm sure they'll make it big in a few years.  

A wise man once said, the hardest part of doing anything is starting it, but once you get a good start, you're bound to get an amazing run. Here at Magic Billion, I got that start! It was my first time interning with the corporate sector, and my experience here has augmented my knowledge and general awareness of the corporate world. Since the very start, Aditi ma'am has kept things very professional yet providing everyone with a warm vibe. I am so glad, they picked me out of so many people, and gave me the opportunity to serve MB. I learnt many skills, sharpened my existing skills, but most importantly, I received a reliable environment. Be it working from home or being present at the office, the experience has been prodigious.

I would thank each and everyone for this fantastic experience, if given a chance I would do this all over again!
